  Oh, my God. The pet cremation department (Forever Friends) did a horrible thing to me, and will not correct it. I am a disabled woman and my cat died last month.I brought her in to have her cremated, but only paid half the fee of $50.00, because I couldn't afford the full $50.00. They accepted 25.00 down payment and I would pay the other 25.00 when I pick her up. My pay day is every third of the month, (disability pay). Forever friends called me about 5 days before the third of the month, and said that I could pick her up if I postdated a check for the third of the month. That was our agreement. But on February 2nd, they deposited my check and I got charged an overdraft fee of $35.00 from my bank. I tried to fix it at my bank, but they could not correct it. I called Forever friends about their mistake and the owner, "Brett" was a cold heartless man. He said it wasn't his problem that the bank cashed the check and would not take measures to correct their mistake. He was heartless and cruel. He said it was all o.k., dismissing any responsibility to the hardship they caused to me. They make an agreement with me to pick up my cat and deposit a check for the third of the month, but they broke their agreement with me and deposited it earlier. They should be responsible for paying the overdraft fee, but Brett was a non caring man who has no conscous. His treatment to the poor and disabled was cruel and dishonest. He said he would do nothing for me to correct the problem, and I want other people to know what a lousy business it it working for people like him. Please don't do your business with this cruel, heartless company, and go somewhere else. He didn't even apologize for their wrong doing. Heartless and deceiving.

  RUDE AND ARROGANT! I pray to the Lord no family has to go through what mine did dealing with Bret and all his associates. I will never go here again. During my moms service the fire trucks went off across the street too... not my ideal place for a service on top of everything else.

  Everone there was so helpful and punctual. Everything my family needed was taken care of and the grounds are well maintained. Impressive. Jody was amazing, a real jewel. Very personable , kind and sincere.
